Group CFO/Corporate Controller (Atlanta) - A growing chain of behavioral hospitals seeks a Group Chief Financial Officer to be responsible for the direct supervision of all accounting and financial functions of assigned facilities. Primary responsibilities include supervision of the monthly close process, monthly, quarterly and annual billings to clients for services provided, billing reimbursements from clients, collection of accounts receivable, supervising accounts payable, payroll, monthly reporting for the ownership group, annual preparation of budgets, assist in the preparation of quarterly tax projections and annual tax returns preparation and all treasury administration. The Group CFO will assist in creating and implementing policies and procedures to identify, resolve and document accounting issues in addition to creating procedures to make the close and reporting processes more efficient and accurate. This position ensures that the internal controls are in place to safeguard each facility’s assets. Salary range - $150-180k plus bonus opportunity.
Chief Financial Officer (Phoenix) – A growing chain of behavioral hospitals seeks a CFO for its Phoenix area facility. The hospital is performing exceptionally well (high occupancy) and the books are clean. Excellent company with high employee engagement scores. Hospital CFO or Controller experience required. Salary range - $130k plus bonus opportunity and relo.
Chief Financial Officer (Texas) - A free-standing behavioral hospital in an attractive Texas metro area seeks a CFO with 3+ years CFO or 5+ years Controller hospital experience. Excellent opportunity. Current CFO transferring to another facility within the system. Salary range - $110-120k range plus bonus opportunity.
CNO (GA) - A 100+ bed hospital in the Atlanta area seeks a CNO with 5+ years nurse leadership experience including at least 3 years as CNO of a freestanding behavioral hospital and BSN. Great opportunity with this established hospital and growing company. Salary range - $120-150k plus bonus opporunity and paid relo.
Corporate Utilization Management Director (Nationwide - home based) - A growing chain of behavioral hospitals seeks candidates with prior utilization management experience, preferably with some behavioral experience, to be based either in the corporate office or at home, to assist hospital UM Directors. The position tracks relevant indicators for corporate and hospital management. Ensures pre-certs are completed by hospital personnel, assists with creating treatment team agenda, educates hospital staff, works with DON to ensure documentation requirements are met, ensures that UR Directors are following appeals policy, and assists with resolving denials and ensures accurate reporting. Requires 80-90% travel. Salary range - $110-130k plus bonus opportunity.
